The Cottage has its own gateway and entrance, and although attached to the owners house by an archway,

and self contained. There is a charming front garden with roses and rhodidendrons.

The cottage is entered through the front door and light open hallway.
The self catering accommodation is all on the ground floor, the open
plan sitting/dining room with an open fire
place leads to the well equipped kitchen, perfect for a
self catering holiday.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven with hob, fridge, freezer and a large larder. We can provide a high
chair on request.

There is a charming double bedroom looking in towards the courtyard with built in cupboard, dressing table
and wash hand basin - guests
often comment on how comfortable the beds are!
The twin Bedroom
is very spacious and has a lovely view out onto the paddock. There is a spacious cupboard and a dressing table.
There are plenty of coat hangers and an electric hairdryer. A cot is available in this room on request.
The
open plan living area has a cozy open fire and leads to a large light area with a coombed ceiling and fantastic
views through glass doors to the mountains beyond.
All bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are
supplied - cotton sheets, Duvets and covers, towels,
bath mat, tea towels, washing up liquid, and other
cleaning materials, loo paper and bin bags. Gas central
heating with constant hot water, a supply of logs
and electricity are all included in the rental cost.
There is a barbecue, garden furniture and plenty of
parking. All that you need for your Scottish self catering holiday!
